Do you have a minimum order for a kiosk?

No minimum order is required, we would be happy to assist you for 1 kiosk.

What is the lead time for a kiosk to be installed at my location?

Our standard kiosks can be delivered to you in 5 to 8 weeks depending on our stock levels. We can deliver in a little as 2 weeks if the specifications of your kiosk order are available at our warehouse. Most of client orders ship in 5 weeks.

What if I want a customised look and specifications, different from your standard kiosks?

MBME offer clients customised kiosks, our sales team can meet with you to understand your requirements and offer you right kiosk and solution. Our kiosks are equipped with the latest smart services and these kiosks are the most in demand currently. If you have a requirement that our standard floor or wall – mounted kiosk range does not meet, then we will custom design and prototype an interactive kiosk that is tailored to your requirements.

How can I make my kiosks look unique?

Our standard kiosks can be customized with graphic overlays. We will send you a template to design your own graphics or offer custom graphic design for a fee.

What warranty do you provide for the kiosk?

We offer the standard manufacturer warranties on components. This is typically three years on computers and monitors. Most other components are warrantied for 1 year.

What component can I get in my kiosk?

You are typically limited only by the size of the enclosure in relation to the component(s).  We give you the different choices of kiosk frames that will handle the components you require.

Does MBME provide software?

We offer both hardware and software design, a one stop kiosk for all your customization needs. Our Technology team will understand your requirements and deliver software that meets your business requirements.

I have my own software; can I get it installed on the kiosk?

Out Technology team will understand the kiosk software integration needed and will accordingly work towards deploying your software at our kiosks. Timelines will be agreed following the first scoping and discovery session.

Is transport and installation included in the pricing?

Yes, our price includes the delivery and installation to your location.

Do you make outdoor kiosks?

Yes, we design both indoor and outdoor kiosks. Or outdoor kiosks can withstand the environment and temperatures across the Middle East region.
